In my sophomore year of college, a room-mate of mine loaned me a tape of a radio drama produced by an organization called Eternal Vision. It's part Pilgrim's Progress, part surreal, and completely thought-provoking. Since the CD is out of print and not available anymore, I'm posting it here: Special Deliverance.

So I'm settling in for the evening with my family, and I get a text message. I'll protect the sender's identification... for reasons you'll find quickly.

Some very generous venture capitalists have thrown a substantial amount of money to the folks at UStream.TV, enabling lowly folks like myself to broadcast video events on the Internet, using nothing more than a Flash-enabled browser. With an el-cheapo webcam and the broadband provided during our vacation to Oregon, I managed to wrangle up some material here on our UStream.TV feed page at http://www.ustream.tv/TroyAndJessica - check it out.

On Sunday, February 3, 2008, our pastor, Dr. Dan Sweatt, informed the congregation that Berean Baptist Church may be included in a Good Morning America "Super Tuesday" Election episode on February 5.

It appears that Dr. Bob Jones III and Dr. Bob Taylor of Bob Jones University are actually human beings capable of making independent decisions of their own free will!

For years, I've wondered about the seeker-friendly mega-church movement, as endorsed by folks like Willow Creek. And out of nowhere, they're now saying, "We made a mistake?"
